Comedian Profile: Lee Mack

Lee Mack star of  Not Going Out and team captain on my favourite quiz-com Would I Lie To You? I know that visitors to the blog are fans of Lee and its easy to see why with his razor sharp wit and superb delivery of one liners. Mack first came to prominence on winning So You Think You're Funny at the 1995 Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Since then Mack has played the part of Graham, the security guard in the original radio version of The Mighty Boosh and had his own BBC Radio 2 show "The Lee Mack show" His first sitcom Not Going Out for BBC One with Tim Vine premièred on 6 October 2006. The show has since returned for a second series (September 2007) and third series (January 2009). It has won a Rose d'Or and RTS Award ans will be back for a fourth series sometime this year. He is a stellar team captain on the BBC One panel show Would I Lie To You? and always gets into a spat with David Mitchell about his posh background! If you havent heard of him heres a little clip for you to view the legend that is Mr Lee Mack....(VERY STRONG LANGUAGE!)
